**Refund Policy**

**Order Cancellation** 

   Due to the unique nature of handmade products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason. If you require after-sales service for stress relief toys, please provide a complete unboxing video. Products without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange. Please confirm your order carefully before placing it.
Please note that different production batches may result in slight variations in texture.

If more than 48 hours have passed since your order was placed, and we have already prepared your goods and arranged shipment, but you still insist on canceling the order, we can only refund 60% of the total amount paid.

**Returns (If Applicable)**
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at pipijiu111@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send the package. Return shipping costs will be covered by us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please keep the tracking number as proof of shipment. PIPI SQUISHY is not responsible for lost return packages—if a package is lost, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier to locate it.

 

**Refunds (If Applicable)**

Please choose and consider carefully when placing an order. Note our standard shipping times. If the goods have already been shipped and are in transit, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, but you insist on a refund, we can only refund 60% of the total product price.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, you may request a return or exchange. In this case, please take a video of the unused product and send it to us. Once confirmed, we will arrange a return or exchange.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Free gifts are randomly selected and cannot be chosen.

Upon receiving your package, please check for any damages. If there is any damage, be sure to take an unboxing video. The unboxing video is the only criterion for after-sales service! Any damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

**Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)**

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically require some processing time. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at pipijiu111@gmail.com.
